Team Dynamics Assessment

The Team Dynamics Assessment measures how capable teams are to make the leap from good performance to great. The survey is based on the bestselling work of G5 Leadership co-founders David Marcum and Steven Smith.

Rather than assess performance on a 1-10 scale and leave it at that, we dive deeper on specific team behaviors that are habits, and when the best habits aren't in play what you're team is doing instead.

Team dynamics are the unseen, but not unfelt, forces that impact a team. Great teams are remarkably open-minded, ready for change, candid, down-to-earth, know how to let ideas clash rather than people, and care more that the right idea wins, regardless of whose idea it is.

But most teams aren't great. They might think they are, wish they were, or hope they can be, but they're not. Whether they know it or not, they're good at best. Performance proves it, and research validates it.
